My introduction to the art world came about because of my parents. My father, "The Book Hunter", introduced me to the world of books and botanical prints. My mother let me play with the spools of colored thread which I stacked up in combination for her approval, plus she taught me how to create objects from my imagination. All of this lead to being enrolled in art school at the early age of 8, and continued through high school and beyond. Design and art became a way a life for me.
I have taught, lectured, written, and worked nationally and internationally in the field of architectural color. I have collected and developed a personal library of books, international magazines, newspapers and articles to fortify my expertise in this area of research.
